Completion of your online booking form holds the date until the trial. 

A booking fee of £25 is required at the trial to secure your wedding date. 

This will be deducted from your final invoice. Details of booking fee and payments will be sent by email. Dates are reserved only when this fee is received by cash or cleared when paying by BACS. Only cash payments will be accepted for both trial appointments and wedding day appointments if you are paying on the day.

 

Cancellation

If the client cancels or reduces their booking then the following applies:

Less than 2 weeks' notice the full amount will be due.

Less than 6 weeks' notice 50% of the full amount will be due.

Over 6 weeks' notice no further charge will apply excluding the booking fee of £25 already paid.

In the unlikely event of us cancelling due to injury, sickness or something beyond Bridal Hair & Make up Kents’ control, liability will be limited to a full refund of monies paid this does not include a refund of trial appointments.

 

Covid

We follow strict Covid guidelines set by the Government at all times. We have the right to refuse to do hair and make up for anyone who we feel is unwell both at the trial and on the wedding day.

All trials are currently held in our studio in Maidstone, only clients that have an appointment are able to attend the trial. 

On the wedding day we need to work in an area that is specially designated for hair and makeup and ask that only the people in the chair are in that area. 

 

Minimum booking requirement. 

We will only accept bookings for a minimum of three people for hair and makeup or equivalent (6 services) unless at our discretion. 

 

Please note: Due to the increasing price rise in fuel a mileage charge of £0.50p per mile travelled will be added to all bookings regardless of distance. A set travel charge will be added for longer distances to cover time and mileage. If parking or congestion charges apply these will be added to your final invoice.
